Immerse yourself and learn about the Ireland family and Burlington’s agricultural roots at Ireland House at Oakridge Farm, built in 1837 and one of Burlington’s oldest heritage homes. Guided tours, heritage demonstrations, and interactive programming bring Burlington’s past to the present as visitors explore the house, grounds and interpretive centre.

**Enjoy a fun, festive evening of sampling various holiday foods such as roasted turkey, chestnuts over an open fire and sweets such as Victorian Kisses made following historic recipes and offered throughout 11 tasting stations inside the historic Ireland Family House.
**Be warmed by the beautifully decorated Ireland House and roaring hearth fire while sampling festive beverages such as sherry cobbler and mulled wine.
**Special holiday activities, guides, presentations, along with live musical entertainment complete the evening.
